Icons of Desire - Tim Mackie Teaching Day Recording

We are pleased to offer online access to the recording of our teaching day with Tim Mackie, looking at Icons of Desire. This recording contains 3 sessions of teaching along with a follow up panel conversation with WTC Faculty members, Dr Lucy Peppiatt, Dr Ben Blackwell, and Freddy Hedley. 

The topic of the day was:

Icons of Desire: Meditations on Genesis 1-3 and the Journey of Christian Maturity. The themes of the three sessions were:

Session 1: Gen 1 - the light that is Tov, the radiance of the Son, and the doorstep to the Trinity.
Session 2: Gen 2 -  human desire, images of Tov, and the true Tov which sustains.
Session 3: Gen 3 - misdirected desire, Jesus the true human, and the journey towards becoming new kinds of humans.

The recording contains over 4 and a half hours of teaching including the panel discussion.
